So, I'm WAY behind on blogging! I realized I haven't even posted pics form Grayson's Very Hungry Caterpillar birthday party! We kept the party small, just family (& friends that might as well be family!). Grayson had a blast and seemed to really love his special day! I made his shirt to go along with the theme, and thank goodness he liked it!
Here is his 'cake'.....it's just cupcakes with a half of a basketball cake for the head. We opted for white icing with green sprinkles for the body and red sprinkles for the head....much less messy than colored icing! Thank goodness Maw Maw was around to help out!
Rubygail helped make all of the decorations. We had egg carton caterpillars hand painted by Ruby and styrofoam/foam caterpillars. Also, a balloon caterpillar up above with little caterpillar clothespins as a chandelier!

And, the GIFTS! It was amazing how the children were like a swarm of bees 'helping' Grayson open up all of his presents! Thanks everyone for the adorable and wonderful gifts!

I want to get some pictures of Daddy, Mommy, Grayson, and Rubygail at the next party, but I just keep forgetting! Here's to remembering to capture a family picture next time! :)
